Image Watermark: Breakdown
Image Watermark for WordPress allows users to add a watermark to any image they upload to their blogs, posts, or pages, keeping their images protected from theft. All that is needed is the image, the type of watermark the user wishes to use, and the position and frequency at which the watermark should be applied. It is possible to use an existing image or logo as the watermark, if desired. Additionally, the user is able to customize the watermarked image by adjusting the transparency, font, color, size, and alignment of the text. Furthermore, the watermark is applied in the background so that once published, the image will look and behave natively, without any change in speed or performance due to added watermarks.
This plugin also includes several other features. Among these are an auto-protect feature, which applies the automated watermark to all images that are uploaded to the host website. Additionally, the plugin includes an option to protect full-sized images, thumbnails, or both. A unique feature called “Undo & Redo” also exists, allowing users to take back an action that has been applied to an image or to undo any mistake that has been made with the watermark. Finally, this WordPress plugin includes a reset button, allowing users to start over in case any major mistakes have been made.
