The Throws SPAM Away WordPress plugin is a tool which automatically rejects any SPAM messages sent to your website. This ensures that any messages with suspicious content, attachments, or links, are discarded quickly and without putting the user’s account at risk. Upon installation, it will start to analyze messages which come into your website’s inbox. Any message which contains certain words or phrases, or has an attachment, will be flagged as suspicious and will no longer be accepted. Of course, if important messages have been flagged, there is a way to manually retrieve them in case the user still needs to read them.
The plugin also helps to protect user accounts, as it prevents any automated scripts from being able to sign up for accounts. This means that the only way for anyone to register an account is to have it manually approved first.
